At Flippin, we have philosophy to keep it simple. A handful of burgers and shakes, french fries on the side and a bunch of craft beers as well as some natural wines.
At Flippin, we like simple burgers without fuss that are made from scratch. For real. That is why we work exclusively with small meat producers who have control over animal husbandry and slaughter. With animals that are allowed to stay outside and eat grass because they simply feel best about it. Then the meat will also be fine and tasty. Of course, all the meat we use is fresh and tender.
